On Sunday, the Central Election Commission (CEC) will begin sending ballot packages to voters outside Kosovo who have registered to vote by mail.
The process involves approximately 58,000 voters who have chosen postal voting. The CEC will send each of them a ballot package to their registered address.
The CEC’s spokesperson, Valmir Elezi, confirmed this development to RTKLive on Saturday evening.
“Tomorrow (Sunday, 14 December 2025, at 10:45), the Central Election Commission, through an economic operator, will begin the dispatch of ballot packages to voters registered outside Kosovo who will vote by mail in the early elections for the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo,” Elezi announced.
