A pre-election rally held on Sunday, December 21, in Ranilug, attended by representatives of the Serb List, parliamentary candidates, and party supporters, began with the playing of the Serbian national anthem.

Those present were addressed by the Mayor of Ranilug, Tanja Antić, who delivered a nationalist and unconstitutional speech, emphasizing Serbia as the main supporter of Serbs in Kosovo and referring to Kosovo using the unconstitutional term “Kosovo and M…”, KosovaPress reports.

Alluding to Kosovo’s institutions, she claimed that “when many attempt to harm Serbs,” they “turn back to their own state, Serbia.”

“Dear brothers and sisters, esteemed guests, representatives of the Serb List, ‘Kosovo and Metohija’ has always been a land of suffering, but also a land of hope. It is the place where the most beautiful Serbian shrines and monasteries were built, the place where the greatest battles for the freedom of the people were fought—and are still being fought today. In these difficult times, when many try to harm us, break us, and divide us, we turn to our state, knowing that we are not alone, that we are part of one people, one spirit, one Serbia,” she stated.
