The Civil Registration Agency of the Ministry of Internal Affairs has announced to the citizens of the Republic of Kosovo that working hours will be extended until 6:00 PM.
This extended schedule will be in effect from December 23, 2025, to January 15, 2026, at all Document Issuing Centers.
The announcement also states that Saturday, December 27, 2025, will be a working day, with services provided according to the same extended hours.
The decision aims to facilitate access to services for citizens and compatriots, taking into account the increased demand during the year-end holidays and the return of Kosovars from abroad.
“The Civil Registration Agency, in coordination with local units, has taken the necessary measures to implement this decision, ensuring high-quality services provided correctly and within the legally established deadlines,” the Ministry of Internal Affairs said.
