The Chairman of the Central Election Commission (CEC), Kreshnik Radoniqi, has confirmed that complaints have been received regarding electricity supply problems at six polling centers across Kosovo.

Speaking at a press conference, Radoniqi stated that as of 11:00 a.m., the CEC’s Operational Room recorded power outages in six polling centers located in six municipalities: Istog, Ferizaj, Viti, Rahovec, Graçanicë, and Gjilan.

He emphasized that the Municipal Election Commissions have already notified KEDS, the electricity distribution company, and that coordination is ongoing to resolve the issue and ensure the uninterrupted continuation of the voting process.

The CEC reiterated its commitment to maintaining a smooth, secure, and transparent electoral process despite technical challenges reported during election day.
