Kosovo Police confiscated six hand grenades and several pieces of Kosovo Police uniforms from an abandoned house in Dobrosheva, Zubin Potok, on 10 February 2026 around 23:20.
During patrols, North Mitrovica police units received information about suspected illegal items. Upon inspection, they recovered six hand grenades, one police T-shirt, and two police shirts.
The Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) unit safely removed the grenades. Actions were coordinated with the State Prosecutor, who initiated a case for “unauthorized possession, control, or ownership of weapons.”
No arrests have been made yet; investigations are ongoing.
