Bedri Hamza has been elected as the new chairman of the Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK), receiving no votes against him. His election marks a unanimous decision by party members during the recent PDK convention.
The convention, which was previously criticized by former party leader Enver Hoxhaj for lacking a fully open and competitive race, concluded with Hamza’s uncontested rise to leadership.
This outcome consolidates his position at the helm of the party as it moves forward in Kosovo’s political landscape.
