The Central Election Commission (CEC) has announced that the voting process for Kosovo’s early parliamentary elections has started on time in all polling centers across the country.
During a press conference, CEC spokesperson Valmir Elezi stated that election materials, including ballot papers, were distributed to all polling centers in the early hours of the morning.
“Based on the information received, the voting process for the early elections has commenced in all polling centers throughout our country,” Elezi said.
He called on all eligible voters to participate in the electoral process and exercise their democratic right to vote.
According to Elezi, voting is taking place at 149 polling centers across the territory of Kosovo.
The CEC also announced that its next press conference will be held at 11:30 a.m., while preliminary voter turnout data for the first two hours of voting will be published on the Commission’s official platform starting at 9:00 a.m.
