Milorad Dodik, the president of the Republic of Srpska, raised suspicions after he posted “I’ve arrived” on X late last night, three hours after midnight. However, despite the international arrest warrant issued against him, Dodik did not reveal his location.

Bosnian media were informed that Dodik had “private obligations” and would not be making any public appearances. However, the Istraga.ba news outlet reported that Dodik traveled from Belgrade to Moscow, where, according to the same sources, he is expected to meet Russian President Vladimir Putin on Tuesday.

This comes just days after the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina issued an international arrest warrant for Dodik. The Bosnian Prosecutor’s Office is conducting an investigation against him on suspicion of committing a criminal offense related to an attack on the constitutional order.

Despite the arrest warrant, Dodik recently traveled to Israel to attend a conference on antisemitism, returning to Bosnia on Friday morning.
