Rodney Dixon, the lawyer representing Kadri Veseli, has reacted to the verdict handed down against his client by the Kosovo Specialist Chambers in The Hague.
Speaking to the media after the conclusion of the hearing, Dixon said the decision was not a good day for Kosovo or for the rule of law.
Dixon challenged the court’s findings, arguing that there is no evidence demonstrating Veseli’s involvement in war crimes. He also confirmed that the defense will appeal the verdict.
