Members of the Carabinieri assigned to the Multinational Specialized Unit (MSU), part of the KFOR mission, carried out a live-fire shooting exercise at the “Voloire” range.
The training was conducted to improve marksmanship skills, weapons handling, and individual readiness, reports IndeksOnline.
“Regular training activities help maintain professional standards and operational effectiveness, ensuring that soldiers remain prepared to carry out their duties in support of the KFOR mission,” the statement said.
Through such activities, personnel maintain a high level of readiness and situational awareness, demonstrating KFOR’s ongoing commitment to contributing to a safe and secure environment for all people living in Kosovo.
KFOR continues to implement its mandate—based on United Nations Security Council Resolution 1244 from 1999—to contribute to a safe and secure environment and freedom of movement for all communities in Kosovo, at all times and in an impartial manner.
