Kosovo Assembly Approves Mandate Verification Report, MPs Take Oath

The Kosovo Assembly has approved the report of the temporary Commission for the Verification of Deputies’ Mandates, clearing the way for the continuation of the inaugural session of the new legislature.

A total of 120 MPs voted in favor of the report.

Following the vote, session chair Avni Dehari announced that the Assembly would proceed with the remaining items on the agenda.

All deputies present at the session subsequently took the oath of office, marking another key step in the formal constitution of the new Kosovo Assembly.

The session is expected to continue with procedures related to the election of the Assembly President and deputy presidents.
