President Vjosa Osmani met with KFOR Commander Major General Enrico Barduani following the recent attack on the Ibër-Lepenc water canal in Zubin Potok.
In the meeting, as reported by the Presidency, Osmani reiterated that “the terrorist attack on critical infrastructure demonstrates Serbia’s intentions to destabilize Kosovo and the entire region, jeopardizing our national security and aiming to create a humanitarian crisis.”
“The President expressed her high appreciation for all the institutions of Kosovo for their successful management of the situation, and also thanked KFOR, which immediately offered all of its resources to help overcome this situation and prevent similar attacks in the future,” the Presidency’s statement said.
