The President of the Republic of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, met today with the Head of the European Union Office in Kosovo, Aivo Orav.
According to the announcement from the Presidency, the two discussed the latest political developments in the country, including the ongoing process of forming new institutions and Kosovo’s European integration path.
One of the topics covered during the meeting was also the recent visit of the EU’s High Representative, Kaja Kallas.
“President Osmani welcomed this visit, as well as the visits of other senior EU officials, considering them a clear signal of the European Union’s commitment to Kosovo’s aspirations for integration into European structures,” the statement reads.
Furthermore, discussions included the importance of reforms, cooperation in the field of rule of law, and the need to deepen collaboration with European institutions.
