The Central Election Commission has provided new information regarding the voting process on February 9.

In an issued statement, it is mentioned that each municipality in the country has one conditional voting center.

“The Central Election Commission allows citizens to vote conditionally if their name is on the voter list but they cannot vote at their designated polling station.”

“In each municipality, there is one conditional voting center,” the statement says.
