In an exclusive interview with the research and media center Demostat, Tonino Picula, a Member of the European Parliament representing the Socialists and Democrats (S&D) group and the European Parliament’s Standing Rapporteur for Serbia, delivered sharp, uncompromising messages to official Belgrade.
