The European Union has made a strong reaction to Kosovo after the last action of the Kosovo Police to close the postal bank of Serbia in the North of the Republic of Kosovo.
The finding of the EU that the status of all structures and services supported by Serbia is expected to be resolved through dialogue facilitated by the EU and in connection with the establishment of the Association of Municipalities with a Serbian Majority has prompted the reaction of the Government of Kosovo.
The spokesman of the Kurti Government, Perparim Kryeziu, reacted on his official profile in “X” saying that such a suggestion by the EU that the solution to the problems with the illegal structures of Serbia in Kosovo is related to the Association of Municipalities with Most Serbe is a distorted presentation of what the Association was meant to be.
Kreyziu said that the Association is not meant to be an umbrella for the legalization of illegal structures of Serbia in Kosovo.
“The EU’s suggestion in its statement today – that illegal structures in Kosovo should be dealt with / and resolved in relation to the Association – is a misleading representation of what the Association was ever meant to be. First, it is not an umbrella for the legalization of illegally created and unilateral structures”, Kryeziu wrote.
