Kurti asks German MPs for more investment in Kosovo: “This will be the mandate of railways, dams and stadiums”

The Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, met with members of the German Bundestag during the Munich Security Conference — Jürgen Hardt, Adis Ahmetović, Carl-Philipp Sassenrath, and Deborah Düring, Express reports.

According to the Office of the Prime Minister, deepening bilateral cooperation was among the key topics of discussion.

Kurti requested increased German investments in Kosovo, stating that this mandate will focus on major infrastructure projects, including railways, dams, and stadiums.

“The Prime Minister also emphasized the importance of advancing Kosovo toward European integration, starting with obtaining EU candidate status,” the statement from the Prime Minister’s Office said.
