A resolution signed by 30 members of the Swiss Parliament is set to be submitted to the Kosovo Specialist Chambers, urging the court to ensure justice, impartiality, and equal treatment in proceedings involving former leaders of the Kosovo Liberation Army.

According to information obtained by KosovaPress, the resolution will be formally delivered by activist Sali Bislimi at 11:00 AM. The document calls on the court to operate fairly and without bias, highlighting concerns regarding the legal process involving former KLA figures.

The resolution, which was initially addressed to the Swiss government three years ago, carries signatures from lawmakers representing multiple political parties in Switzerland, reflecting cross-party support for the initiative.

The document is scheduled to be submitted to the Kosovo Specialist Chambers in The Hague, where it is expected to raise international attention regarding calls for balanced and equitable judicial procedures in cases related to the Kosovo war.

The initiative underscores ongoing international interest in the court’s work, as well as continued political and public debate over the prosecution of former KLA leaders and the broader quest for accountability and reconciliation in the region.
