Croatia Reaffirms Support for Kosovo’s International Integration on 18th Independence Anniversary

President of Croatia, Zoran Milanović, has sent a congratulatory letter to President of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, on the 18th anniversary of Kosovo’s independence, emphasizing Croatia’s continued support for Kosovo’s international integration.

In his message, Milanović highlighted the strong bilateral relations and cooperation between the two friendly countries, noting that these ties will continue to develop and strengthen across areas of mutual interest for the benefit of both populations.

He underscored the importance of collaboration in enhancing stability, security, and regional cooperation in Southeast Europe. Milanović further reaffirmed that Croatia will continue supporting Kosovo’s path toward membership in all international organizations, including the European Union and NATO.

“Croatia continues to support and assist Kosovo in its integration into all international organizations and forms of regional cooperation, especially its accession to the European Union and NATO,” Milanović wrote in his letter to President Osmani.

The letter reiterates Croatia’s commitment to deepening strategic partnership and regional stability, highlighting shared values and the vision for strengthened cooperation in political, economic, and security matters.
