The Specialized Chambers in The Hague have commenced the final session of closing statements in the trial of the four former leaders of the Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA), reports Ekonomia Online.
All four accused are present in the courtroom. Today, the court is expected to hear final statements from:
- Former President Hashim Thaçi
- Former Parliament Speakers Kadri Veseli and Jakup Krasniqi
- Former Deputy Rexhep Selimi
They face charges of war crimes and crimes against humanity.
