For the third consecutive day, a court hearing will continue today at the Basic Court of Prishtina regarding the armed attack that took place in Banjska, in the municipality of Zvečan**.
During today’s session, the accused — Blagoje Spasojević, Vladimir Tolić, and Dušan Maksimović — are expected to appear before the judicial panel. They are charged with involvement in the events of September 24, 2023, when an armed group carried out an attack in the village.
The incident resulted in the death of Kosovo Police sergeant Afrim Bunjaku, while several other police officers were injured during the confrontation.
The hearing is scheduled to begin at 09:30, as the judicial process continues to examine the circumstances and responsibilities related to one of the most serious security incidents in Kosovo in recent years.
