The Municipality of Prishtina, led by Mayor Përparim Rama, announced that the contract has been signed for the design of a commemorative park and presidential library dedicated to former President Ibrahim Rugova.
According to the notice published on E-procurement, the project will be implemented based on the design selected by a professional jury, after reviewing applications submitted by economic operators as part of the design competition.
The initially estimated contract value was €698,000, while the finalized contract amounts to €689,000.
The tender was won by a consortium of companies including FST Engineering SH.P.K., LSN+Partners SH.P.K., N.N.SH. Vizion Project, and ALN Architekturbüro Leinhäupl + Neuber GmbH.
The commemorative park and presidential library are expected to serve as spaces honoring the life and work of Ibrahim Rugova, one of the most significant figures in Kosovo’s political history.
