President Vjosa Osmani said that 25 years ago, from May 19-24, 1999, the genocidal government of Serbia killed 120 Albanian prisoners of war and political prisoners and injured 300 others inside Dubrava prison.
“This massacre revealed, as in many other massacres all over Kosovo, the brutality of the criminal power against Albanian prisoners of war and political prisoners, who were unjustly kept in prison. Today, we sympathize with all the families who lost their members in this massacre, while we encourage the survivors to continue to defend the truth and fight for justice. Justice for the victims and permanent memory for them!”, she wrote.
