The Electoral Complaints and Appeals Panel (PZAP) has fined the political party Serbian List €2,000 after determining that it violated the Code of Conduct for political parties during the election campaign for the early parliamentary elections scheduled for June 7, 2026.

The decision followed a complaint submitted by the political entity “Za Slobodu Pravdu i Opstanak,” based in Gračanica, which the Panel found to be well-founded.

According to the ruling, Serbian List is found to have breached the Code of Conduct for political subjects, their supporters, and candidates during the electoral campaign period.

The Panel ordered that the party must pay the €2,000 fine within 15 days after the decision becomes legally binding.
