The Kosovo Police have arrested two directors of Serbian parallel education institutions in Kamenica.
The arrest has also been confirmed by the Mayor of Kamenica, Kadri Rahimaj, who stated that the municipality remains committed to treating every citizen equally, without any discrimination.
Rahimaj described the operation as one of the most significant actions carried out in the city in recent years.

“Thank you to the law enforcement and security institutions of the Republic of Kosovo!
After intensive work, a successful operation has been completed by our institutions against certain individuals who, for a long period, have hindered the work of our local institutions and caused concern within the community.
In one of the most important operations in recent years in Kamenica, house and facility searches were carried out, followed by the arrest of the directors of Serbian parallel system schools, N.V. and D.K., under suspicion of committing criminal offenses.
The Municipality of Kamenica remains committed to treating every citizen without distinction, as well as contributing to overall security, in full coordination with the competent institutions.”
