The Students’ List – Students Are Winning has secured a projected 141 seats in Serbia’s National Assembly, while the coalition led by Aleksandar Vučić is expected to win 103 seats, according to the final election projection published by IPSOS and the Center for Free Elections and Democracy (CeSID).

Based on 100% of the polling-station sample, the Students’ List received approximately 53% of the votes, while the “Aleksandar Vučić – United Serbia” list secured 38.8%.

The projections indicate a decisive victory for the student-backed list, marking a major shift in Serbia’s political landscape following nearly two years of student-led and citizen protests.

The remaining parliamentary seats are expected to be distributed among minority parties and coalitions.

The Alliance of Vojvodina Hungarians, led by Dr Balint Pastor, received 0.8% of the vote and is projected to win two seats. The Albanian Coalition also secured two seats, with 0.7%.

The list “Rasim Ljajić – Ljudski” received 0.5% and is projected to win one seat, while the Sandžak Democratic Party of Action (SDA Sandžak) received 0.3%, also securing one seat.

Several other electoral lists failed to reach the threshold required to enter parliament. These included Ivica Dačić’s “Factor of Stability” list, which received 2.2%; “Authentic Right – Miloš Jovanović,” with 0.9%; and the Bogoljub Karić-led Movement of Strength of Serbia, with 0.4%.

Other lists, including European Serbia, the Liberal Green Party and several smaller political groups, received less than 1% each.

CeSID cautioned that the projection does not include polling stations in the Serbian diaspora, whose votes could have a limited impact on the final distribution of parliamentary seats.

The figures remain projections pending the official final results from Serbia’s Republic Electoral Commission.

The outcome follows Vučić’s acknowledgment of defeat and the Students’ List’s declaration of victory, setting the stage for negotiations and the formation of a new government.
