The Central Election Commission (KQZ) of Kosovo is continuing its process of evaluating the postal ballot packages for voters outside Kosovo. As of now, 22,000 postal envelopes have been processed, with more than 46,600 additional envelopes expected to undergo evaluation.

According to KQZ procedures, the postal ballots are being assessed to ensure they belong to registered voters and comply with the necessary guidelines. These ballots are not the only ones to be counted in the final results; over 13,300 votes from diplomatic missions, cast on February 8, 2025, will also be included.

Out of the 104,924 citizens registered for voting outside Kosovo, the majority, 84,600, opted for postal voting, while 20,324 chose in-person voting at diplomatic missions. The final results will include votes from regular polling stations (2,533), conditional votes (56), votes from people with special needs, and those from the diaspora.

Additionally, there are 12,801 conditional votes being processed, which will undergo verification against the regular voter lists. The number of votes from people with special needs is recorded at 2,597.
