David Phillips, an American expert, highly praised Vjosa Osmani, describing her as a strong leader who brings a touch of care and compassion to Kosovo’s leadership. In a statement to GazetaBlic, Phillips emphasized that Osmani is an asset to the country and should remain part of Kosovo’s political life.
“Vjosa Osmani is a strong leader who adds a touch of care and compassion to Kosovo’s leadership. She is an asset and should remain in political life,” Phillips told GazetaBlic.
Meanwhile, Kosovo’s president, Vjosa Osmani, stated recently that her decision to run for another mandate would be made “only considering the interest” of Kosovo and its citizens.
Osmani’s five-year mandate as president will end on April 7, 2026. “From next year, we will discuss this issue. Throughout my political career, I have always worked with the interest of Kosovo and its citizens in mind. Never, in any of my political decisions, have I based them on calculations about where I will be, but only on where Kosovo and its citizens will be,” Osmani said to the media in Pristina.
