Officials from the Kosovo Agency for Agriculture and Forestry entered today the premises of the illegal Serbian enterprise “SrbijaShume” in Leposaviq.
This action was confirmed to the KoSSev portal by the Deputy Commander for the Northern Region, Veton Elshani.
According to him, the agency officials consider the facility to be their property, and he announced that the Serbian enterprise will now be closed.
He also added that a Kosovo public enterprise for forest maintenance is expected to be established in the same space.
Elshani emphasized that the police in the northern region had only an assisting role in this operation carried out by officials from Pristina and did not provide further details about the event.
