In a significant step toward strengthening Kosovo’s international military partnerships, cadets from the University Studies Center of the Kosovo Security Force (KSF) participated in the high-profile multinational exercise “Eagle Strike 2025”, held in Rreth-Greth, Albania.
The exercise, conducted under the leadership of the New Jersey National Guard (USA), brought together cadets and officer candidates from several partner countries. Among the participants were cadets from the Albanian Armed Forces Officer Preparation Course and New Jersey National Guard officer candidates, highlighting the expanding scope of Kosovo’s defense cooperation.

“This joint training enhances leadership, coordination, and interoperability among allied military forces,” stated the official announcement.
Realistic Tactical Training for Future Challenges
Throughout the exercise, cadets engaged in a series of real-world tactical scenarios, including:
- Operational planning,
- Maneuvering through complex terrain, and
- Crossing water obstacles.
These exercises were designed to simulate high-pressure field conditions, helping cadets develop the strategic and physical readiness required for future deployments.
“Eagle Strike 2025” provided a comprehensive platform for young officers to sharpen their skills, build camaraderie, and strengthen transatlantic defense ties.
The training emphasized leadership development, effective communication, and the importance of mutual trust among partner nations, marking another milestone in Kosovo’s military evolution.
