Member of the Democratic Party of Kosovo, Përparim Gruda, spoke regarding photos published last night, showing the acting Prime Minister and leader of VV, Albin Kurti, talking with PDK’s prime ministerial candidate, Bedri Hamza. They watched the Trepça-Bashkimi final together.
According to Gruda, this was a chance meeting with no political connotation, writes Reporteri.net.
“This chance meeting has no political connotation, no political content. It was simply a sporting event where Mr. Hamza was a host as Mayor of Mitrovica, attending the match where ‘Trepça’ was declared champion,” said Gruda.
Gruda explained that Hamza and Kurti sat close because protocol requires it.
“A purely sporting event, without political content. Mr. Hamza, as the event host, was assigned to sit near Mr. Kurti, because protocol demands it, but there is no political content,” Gruda declared at a press conference.
Kurti posted photos last night from the team’s celebration, including one with the Mayor of Mitrovica, Bedri Hamza, who is also the candidate for Prime Minister of Kosovo from the Democratic Party of Kosovo.
