Bulgarian soldiers deployed as part of the KFOR mission have conducted advanced training exercises to handle dangerous situations such as fire phobia and crowd and riot control.
According to the peacekeeping mission’s announcement, the training took place under highly realistic conditions, aiming to provide participants with hands-on experience similar to possible field scenarios.
“Bulgarian soldiers from the Multinational Operational Reserve Battalion of the NATO-led KFOR mission, together with Hungarian trainers from the KFOR Tactical Reserve Battalion, conducted training on fire phobia and crowd and riot control. The training was deliberately planned to be as realistic as possible, giving participants a full perception of the operational environment,” reads the KFOR statement.
KFOR emphasizes that these activities are part of its ongoing commitment to ensuring stability and security in the region, operating in accordance with its mandate.
