Talented midfielder Ardon Jashari of Club Brugge has been honored with two major awards at the “Jupiler Pro League” gala ceremony held Monday in Antwerp, Rks News reports.
The 22-year-old was voted both the Player of the Season and the Talent of the Season, thanks to his outstanding performances throughout the campaign. He received 10.77% of the votes from players of top-tier Belgian clubs, surpassing big names including his own team captain, Hans Vanaken.
The Swiss international had a busy and productive season wearing the Club Brugge jersey, featuring in 52 matches, scoring four goals, and providing six assists.
