The next court hearing in the “Banjska” terrorist case is scheduled to take place tomorrow, continuing proceedings related to the armed attack that occurred in northern Kosovo on September 24, 2023.
Today, upon the invitation of Judge Arben Hoti, police officer Mirsad Kryeziu testified regarding the events of that day.
According to Kryeziu, the intensity of the assault was extraordinarily high, carried out by a well-organized military structure. He gave a detailed account before the trial panel, focusing particularly on the withdrawal of the late Afrim Bunjaku from the site of the ambush.
Kryeziu stated that the terrorist attack appeared well-coordinated, observing uniformed and armed individuals, some masked, others not—an indication of a deliberate and premeditated operation.
Tomorrow’s hearing is set to begin at 09:30.
