The Commander of the Kosovo Security Force (FSK), Bashkim Jashari, attended the Change of Command Ceremony at Regional Command-East (RC-E), a component of KFOR. During the ceremony, KFOR 34, led by Colonel Peter D. Helzer and Command Sergeant Major John K. Zagyva, formally handed over command to KFOR 35, led by Colonel Jonathan D. Lloyd and Command Sergeant Major Somkid M. Kimball.
Through a post from the FSK, it was announced that Jashari thanked the outgoing commander of Regional Command-East, Colonel Helzer, for his close cooperation and continuous support during his tenure.
Simultaneously, Jashari wished Colonel Lloyd success in his new role as Commander of Regional Command-East and expressed the FSK’s readiness to advance cooperation with the new command.
