Salih Zyba, a Member of Parliament for the Vetëvendosje Movement (VV), stated on the “Info Nata” program on Tëvë1 that his party will attend the next meeting called by the President of Kosovo. Zyba views the meeting as important for the constitution of state institutions.

“Yes, undoubtedly, we welcome every meeting related to the constitution of the Assembly and all other bodies, such as parliamentary committees and procedures. However, the blocking behavior of opposition parties, which they have maintained from day one until today, is unacceptable to us,” Zyba declared.

He added that he expects reflection, not just discussion, from the President and other political entities. According to him, VV’s official stance will be conveyed by the leadership through the chairperson or representative attending the meeting.

Zyba also dismissed claims that the President should be more engaged in resolving the political deadlock, emphasizing that it “was not her responsibility.”

“Yes, of course, these are the same entities that have boycotted from day one and intended to deepen this deadlock. Hopes were not high, but the opportunity was offered to them, because there was space for communication and cooperation,” he expressed.
