The 46th attempt to constitute the ninth legislature of the Kosovo Assembly has failed.

During today’s session, 84 members were present in the hall. However, only 43 votes were cast for the Secret Commission, falling short of the necessary quorum for the Assembly’s constitution. There were no votes against or abstentions recorded. The ongoing political deadlock continues to prevent the formation of a functioning parliament.
