The participants were officers from the 59th, 60th, 61st, and 62nd generations of the Kosovo Police.

According to the Kosovo Police, the workshop was organized jointly by EULEX officials and the Kosovo Police. Its aim was to enhance professional capacities in effective communication, prevent and reduce tensions, and strengthen gender sensitivity in police duties.

“Participants had the opportunity to exchange experiences, discuss practical cases, and deepen their knowledge on contemporary approaches to managing sensitive situations,” the Kosovo Police stated, while also expressing gratitude to EULEX for its support.
