Serb List has announced that the Panel for the Resolution of Appeals in Elections (PZAP) has dismissed their complaint regarding election commissioners.
The party had raised concerns about unequal participation in election commissions and polling stations ahead of the local elections on October 12, 2025.
According to Kossev, Serb List claims that certain members and chairpersons from Albanian parties were appointed to election commissions in municipalities with a Serbian majority, regardless of the number of votes those parties received in previous elections.
