Kosovo authorities carried out a comprehensive security operation at the Dubrava Correctional Center today, aiming to prevent illegal activities and strengthen safety within the facility.
Areas Inspected
According to the Kosovo Correctional Service (ShKK), the operation covered all internal and external areas of the center, including prisoners’ cells, the kitchen, laundry, sports hall, and supporting facilities.
Personnel Involved
The sweep included officers from the Dubrava Correctional Center as well as support from other institutions. The special K9 unit also participated in the inspection.
Purpose of the Operation
The authorities emphasized that the operation is part of ongoing efforts to ensure order and security in Kosovo’s correctional institutions. No illegal items or suspicious activities were found during the sweep.
