On Monday, KFOR Mission Commander, Turkish Major General Özkan Ulutaş, met with Kosovo’s Minister of Internal Affairs, Xhelal Sveçla, in Pristina.
According to KFOR’s statement, the meeting focused on assessing the current security situation in Kosovo and strengthening cooperation between KFOR and Kosovo’s security organizations.
“Major General Ulutaş reiterated KFOR’s continued commitment to carrying out its mission for the benefit of all people living in Kosovo,” the statement read.
The discussion reflects ongoing efforts to maintain stability and safety in the region amid evolving security challenges.
