Government Holds Electronic Meeting, Adopts Three Decisions

The acting Government of the Republic of Kosovo held an electronic meeting yesterday, during which it:

1. Approved the proposal to request from the President of the Republic of Kosovo the authorization for the Ministry of Finance, Labor, and Transfers to sign the loan agreement for the “Instrument for Reforms and Growth in the Western Balkans,” between the European Union, represented by the European Commission as the lender, and Kosovo as the borrower, with the Central Bank of Kosovo acting as the borrower’s agent.
2. Approved the request of the Kosovo Privatization Agency for the return of funds transferred to the budget of the Republic of Kosovo from the socially-owned enterprise “Çeliku” in the amount of €6,405.
3. Approved the request of the Ministry of Finance, Labor, and Transfers for savings and allocations, according to the tables attached in Annex A (Savings) and Annex B.
