The relationship between Kosovo and Serbia, as neighboring states, often becomes a topic of discussion at the tables of European Union representatives.
Switzerland’s State Secretary for Foreign Affairs, Alexandre Fasel, held a meeting with the EU’s Special Representative for the Kosovo-Serbia Dialogue, Peter Soerensen, where he emphasized the importance of further progress in normalizing relations between the two countries.
In a post on X, Fasel underlined that advancing the normalization of relations between Serbia and Kosovo is essential.
He added that Switzerland supports the EU’s efforts and provides platforms for dialogue.
“Switzerland strongly supports the EU’s efforts by offering dialogue platforms, confidence-building, and problem-solving mechanisms, in cooperation with the official account of the EU Special Representative for the Belgrade–Pristina Dialogue,” Fasel wrote.
