Prime Minister Albin Kurti delivered a speech in the Assembly, emphasizing that there is no time to waste.
He stated, “Time is not a renewable resource; it passes, and any delay risks the use and implementation of funds.”
“A logical reason why parliamentary committees, especially permanent ones, must be established comes from their very name. I urge you to vote. Time is not a renewable resource; it passes, and any delay risks the use and implementation of funds. If they are not ratified and the country goes to elections, €90 million will be lost,” Kurti added.
