President Vjosa Osmani today met with U.S. Chargé d’Affaires Anu Prattipati.
According to the Presidency, the meeting focused on the latest developments in Kosovo, as well as the upcoming early elections scheduled for December 28.
The discussion also covered the upcoming session of the U.S. House Foreign Affairs Committee on developments in Kosovo and the region, along with various issues concerning bilateral cooperation.
“The President emphasized the importance of conducting the electoral process smoothly and adhering to the highest democratic standards, for which Kosovo is already a model. President Osmani reaffirmed her full commitment to strengthening the partnership with Kosovo’s most important strategic ally, the United States of America,” the Kosovo Presidency stated.
