The Chief of Staff of the President, Learta Holla, together with the Chief Foreign Policy Adviser Rejhan Vuniqi and Political Adviser Donika Kadaj-Bujupi, hosted Lyn Debevoise, Deputy Director of the Office for Western and Central Europe at the U.S. Department of State.
According to the presidential office, the meeting focused on the strategic partnership between Kosovo and the United States, bilateral relations, and the need to further deepen cooperation in key areas such as security, the economy, and foreign policy.
“The President’s delegation emphasized the irreplaceable role of the United States in Kosovo’s security and stability, underlining that the revival of the Kosovo–U.S. Strategic Dialogue remains a key priority in advancing mutual interests. The delegation also highlighted President Osmani’s commitment to strengthening continuous coordination with U.S. institutions and maintaining close cooperation across all areas of mutual interest,” the announcement stated.
“The discussions also focused on the importance of a regular electoral process, recent security developments, and the need to swiftly establish institutions following the elections. The meeting reaffirmed the commitment to advance strategic projects, promote American investments in high-potential sectors, and advance the shared goal of Kosovo’s integration into Euro-Atlantic structures,” the presidential office added.
