Dr. Jan Stöß, State Secretary at the German Ministry of Defense, paid an official visit to Kosovo, where he met with German troops serving within the NATO-led KFOR mission.
Following a reception and briefing by Chargé d’Affaires Christian Böttcher, Dr. Stöß visited Camp Film City, where he was welcomed by Colonel Müller, Commander of the German contingent.
During the visit, Dr. Stöß expressed his deep appreciation for the dedication and professionalism of the men and women serving in KFOR, emphasizing the critical role they play in maintaining peace and stability in Kosovo and the wider region. He also received detailed briefings on daily operations and the security challenges faced by troops on the ground.
German officials reiterated that Germany remains firmly committed to supporting security, stability, and peace in Kosovo, underlining its continued contribution to the KFOR mission as a cornerstone of regional stability.
