The Board of Directors of the Palace of Youth has approved a decision to grant a €600 year-end bonus to each employee, recognizing their contribution and dedication throughout 2025.
The decision was adopted during a formal board meeting, based on the company’s strong financial performance over the past year. According to the Board, the bonus amount marks an increase compared to last year, reflecting ongoing improvements in management standards and financial sustainability.
Positive Financial Performance
The Board emphasized that the financial position of the Palace of Youth remains stable and positive, with revenues exceeding the annual financial plan by 16.35 percent.
Officials noted that the institution aims to increase employee bonuses annually, in line with continuous operational improvements and performance benchmarks established over the past three years.
