The Central Election Commission (CEC) of Kosovo has accredited 283 observers for the upcoming early parliamentary elections on December 28, 2025. This first group of observers represents 3 NGOs, 2 embassies, and 11 media outlets, according to Ekonomia Online.

The application period for observer accreditation began on December 5 and will close on December 20, 2025. During this period, political parties, NGOs, governmental and intergovernmental organizations, international election and human rights organizations, media, and foreign representatives can submit online applications for observer accreditation.
