The Kosovo Security Force (KSF) has organized the KSF Non-Commissioned Officers (NCOs) Forum, aimed at strengthening professional cooperation and exchanging experiences among non-commissioned officers and junior officers.
The forum was officially opened by Commander of the Doctrine and Training Command (KDS), Jeton Dreshaj, who emphasized the critical role of NCOs in building a professional and capable force, describing them as the core pillar in fulfilling the mission and duties of the KSF.
Strengthening Leadership and Professional Development
The forum was led by Bedri Zuka, who reaffirmed his commitment—along with that of the NCO corps—to the continuous development of KSF capacities at all levels. Participants highlighted the importance of cooperation with the Iowa National Guard, noting its significant contribution to the professional education and development of KSF non-commissioned officers.
Throughout the forum, discussions focused on the development of the NCO corps, building trust and flexibility in leadership, and strengthening relations between NCOs and commissioned officers.
International Participation and Support
The event brought together KSF NCOs from all command levels, providing a platform for open dialogue on professional challenges and leadership development. Representatives from the United States Embassy, the Armed Forces of Albania, the Iowa National Guard, NALT, ASG Balkan, and other partner institutions were also in attendance.
